Babubhai Navalawala, a water expert from Gujarat, appointed head of the advisory group

 

With the city facing acute shortage of drinking water, Delhi lieutenant-governor Najeeb Jung on Thursday instituted an advisory group of experts to work out a comprehensive action plan and create task forces to execute it to meet the ongoing crisis.

 

The L-G had time and again instructed the Delhi Jal Board to draw up short and long term measures to meet the requirement of the drinking water in the national capital. Read More....
