Delhi BJP tackles Capital's sanitation shame after Modi's call for 'clean India'

The NaMo effect has gripped everyone, and taking the lead are Delhi BJP MLAs and municipal councillors.


The Capital's representatives will be adopting one school and one jhuggi cluster in their respective areas and will ensure that toilets and drinking water facilities are available there.


The move comes after Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in his maiden Independence Day speech from the ramparts of the Red Fort on August 15, asked each MP to adopt a village and turn it into a 'model village' by 2016. Read more....
