Lack of toilets in govt. schools reason for high dropout rate, say children

Even as the Central government is pushing for construction of toilets, especially for girls, in schools across the country, students from various government schools in the Capital listed lack of toilets and hygiene as one of the primary reasons for the high dropout rate in State-run schools.
